Episode 33: Kristin Omdahl Interview
This week I attended a Kristin Omdahl workshop/class at Anneke's Needleworks in Miami. If you are in the area it is worth checking out, it is by far one of the largest fiber spaces here in South Florida, with friendly and helpful staff.
The pattern that we were learning was from Kristin's new book Wrapped In Crochet The Blaze scarf is a stunning corkscrew design. Kristin managed to teach at least 2 people to crochet (first time ever they tried) and they were off on this pattern. We also were taught some other techniques featured in her book and show some of Krisin's other patterns. I fell in LOVE with the silk/sea cell lace yarn.
